Then as she was about to cut the hair (not asking what I was looking for), I stopped her, scared, and said I have a picture. She caught the comb on my earrings more than once and said she keeps forgetting, that she always forgets about her clients earrings.

She then dug through my hair with a comb with a mouth full of food. She then left to order Chinese food, complaining that she was "f***ing hungry" as I sat with dripping wet hair. The "deep conditioning" treatment that came with my groupon was nonexistent as my shampoo job took two minutes. The first thing she said to me, "Are you here for a shampoo?" Then she rapidly pushed her fingers through my hair like she was in a great hurry. I heard decent reviews about this place and the cost was cheap. I did not know where to go so I checked groupon.

The haircut made me uncomfortable and I won’t be back. She washed my hair as if she was angry then violently ripped through my hair with a brush.
